Journalism SUPERBOWL Mixer - SPJ/LA’s Journalism Mega Mixer on Wednesday Night

 The Society of Professional Journalists is the nation’s largest and most broad-based journalism organization, dedicated to promoting high standards of ethical behavior and encouraging the free practice of journalism. Founded in 1909 as Sigma Delta Chi, SPJ works to inspire and educate the next generation of journalists and protects First Amendment guarantees of freedom of speech and press. The Greater Los Angeles professional chapter celebrated its 75th anniversary in 2009.

COST:
The mixer is free and open to all. Complimentary appetizers. Cash bar at happy hour rates.
PARKING:    
Validated valet parking will be available for $7 on Olive Street.   Parking is also offered for $5 in the lot across the street from the restaurant or in the structure adjacent to the restaurant (across the street from the AT&T building) at a possibly different rate.  Limited meter parking is also available. Meters free after 6 p.m.
